PHBC is a marketing and advertising company.
It started in Cyprus, where it has been active for the last three years, with great success. We are very happy that in this short period 2016-2022, our company growth rate reached 250%. We only undertake large projects, in collaboration with Consulting companies based in England and Italy, which through our well-trained staff ensures long-term partnerships with the largest Brands on the market.
Our people are our biggest asset. That is why we make sure that our environment is always fair and welcoming, fostering teamwork and cooperation and giving everyone equal opportunities for development and progress.
At PHBC we follow a 3 phase development and certification program. Initially, through day-to-day training, we aim to develop competent sales executives and professional marketers (30 days-sales marketing).
Those who stand out,learn how to coordinate a small group of people and how to train other people in the communication systems and techniques used by the company (75days-HR).
The third phase is human resources management and sales management for a complete advertising campaign (120 days-management).
Granting a certification is free and requires not only full training but also the evaluation of our partner at each stage.
